Getting Started

Please contact me by phone or email to schedule your first appointment.

I will then send you a link to complete intake paperwork prior to our first session. If you prefer to fill out a paper copy the day of your first appointment, please bring a copy of your insurance card.

Fees and Insurance

Initial assessment - $150 for one hour
Therapy sessions - $125 per hour
